Patches include first class shipping to your door. 
Roughly 4 by 1 inch with a heat sealed back. Remember, heat from an iron can destroy leather.
Some folks use waterbed repair glue instead of sewing so that patches can be moved.

Five Bucks delivered to lower States. 
Expect an invoice in your email if your non Continental for the additional shipping.
