Shipping Policy - Domestic

Most items, the shipping charge is included in the price you see. We will contact you before we ship if there is going to be a shipping change and have it okay-ed by you before we ship. Shipping charges may apply, even though it doesn't show up in your cart. Most items we ship USPS.

Free Pick up at Bikers Cave

Always free shipping when you pick up at our shop.  Place your order online and we will notify you when to pick up your order.  Remember that we don't keep all items in stock and some are special order.   Be sure to provide the best way to contact you or just call us to place your order.  We have additional things in the shop that are not yet listed on the website as well.

Shipping Policy - International

We choose the most reasonable way to ship items.  If your shipping price is not listed, we will contact you with an exact amount for shipping to your destination. Once shipping costs are approved, we will then proceed with shipping.  If we ship an item to your country and you fail to pick it up, when it eventually returns to us, your money will be refunded for the item but not the shipping charges and the 20 percent restocking fee applies.  

BE CERTAIN that your correct address is used during the check out process.

DO NOT ORDER if you will not be able to collect your items.

We take no responsibility for anything that occurs in any mailing system.   We are not in the shipment business.

Return Policy

We must be contacted within 7 business days before any returns are excepted by our staff. All returns must be returned within 7 business days of receiving the items. Customer pays all shipping and return shipping charges. Customer is responsible for any customs charges for receiving in their country. No shipping charges will be refunded, and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.  

 All returned items must have all tags on them and in new resell-able condition.
